1. Sponsor

The Sweeps.work $1,000 Cash Giveaway (the "Sweepstakes") is sponsored and administered by Sweeps.work ("Sponsor"). Contact: support@sweeps.work.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc., Facebook, or Instagram. By entering, each entrant acknowledges that information is provided to Sponsor and not to Meta Platforms, Inc., and completely releases Meta Platforms, Inc. from any and all liability in connection with this Sweepstakes.

2. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Time ("ET") on August 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on December 23, 2026 (the "Sweepstakes Period"). Entries received before or after the Sweepstakes Period are void. Sponsor's server is the official timekeeping device for this Sweepstakes.

3. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age (or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is greater) at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and representatives of Sponsor, its affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members are not eligible to participate. The Sweepstakes is void outside the eligible territory and wherever prohibited or restricted by law, and is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

4. How to Enter

To enter, during the Sweepstakes Period, visit sweeps.work, complete the entry quiz in full, and submit a valid email address using the entry form (one completed quiz and email submission = one (1) entry). No purchase, payment, download, or survey completion beyond the entry quiz is required to enter or win.

Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address for the duration of the Sweepstakes Period. Additional entries submitted by the same person or from the same email address will be void. Entries generated by script, macro, bot, or other automated means, and entries containing false, fictitious, or invalid contact information, are void. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of an entrant, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry.

5. Prizes

Five (5) winners will each receive one thousand U.S. dollars ($1,000 USD), delivered at the winner's election via Cash App, Apple Cash, or ACH bank transfer to a U.S. financial account in the winner's name. Total approximate retail value ("ARV") of all prizes: $5,000 USD.

Winners must maintain or be able to establish a valid Cash App account, Apple Cash account, or U.S. bank account capable of receiving the prize; Sponsor is not responsible for any winner's inability to receive funds due to account limitations, verification failures, or restrictions imposed by the applicable payment provider. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution is permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a listed delivery method becomes unavailable. All federal, state, and local taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winners. Winners will be required to complete an IRS Form W-9, and the prize value will be reported to the IRS on Form 1099-MISC as required by law.

6. Winner Selection and Odds

Five (5) potential winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about December 30, 2026 from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or its designated representative, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Notification

Potential winners will be notified by email at the address submitted at entry within five (5) days of the drawing, and winners will be announced on or about December 30, 2026. To claim the prize, a potential winner must respond to the notification and provide the information reasonably requested by Sponsor — including verification of identity, age, and residence, a completed Form W-9, and valid prize delivery details — within seven (7) days of the date the notification is sent.

If a potential winner does not respond within the required period, cannot be contacted, is found ineligible, declines the prize, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected from the remaining eligible entries. Sponsor is not responsible for email notifications that are undeliverable, filtered to spam, or otherwise not received. Prizes will be delivered within approximately thirty (30) days of winner verification.

8. Publicity Release

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes each winner's consent for Sponsor to use the winner's first name, last initial, and state of residence for promotional and winner-announcement purposes in any media, without further payment or consideration.

9. General Conditions and Release

By entering, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, and releases and holds harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents, as well as Meta Platforms, Inc., from any and all liability, loss, or damage of any kind arising out of or in connection with participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, or acts in a disruptive or deceptive manner. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, in which case Sponsor may award the prizes in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received prior to such action. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or garbled entries, or for technical, network, or human errors of any kind.

10. Disputes and Governing Law

Except where prohibited, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants and Sponsor, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. Each entrant agrees that any disputes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and that any claims and judgments shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, and in no event shall an entrant be entitled to attorneys' fees or any indirect, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Privacy

Information submitted in connection with the Sweepstakes will be collected and used in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy, available at sweeps.work/privacy-policy.html.

12. Winners List

To request the names of the winners, send an email with the subject line "Winners List — $1,000 Cash Giveaway" to support@sweeps.work within sixty (60) days after December 30, 2026.
